TheGuacamoleXplosion Blog goes online

Almost 10 years ago while assembling my first pedal board I started to make music gear videos for fun. The first ones were quite crappy. I learned some stuff during those years. And I found myself answering some questions repeatedly on platforms such as The Gear Page and various Facebook groups. So, I decided to start this little blog to write some guitar / pedals / music related articles from time to time.

Disclaimer: In 2014, I have received a free pedal from the company Buffaly FX in exchange for making demo videos of their pedals. But mostly, I do this for fun, hence no advertising. I’m not working for any company that produces music gear.

In 1985, I got my first electric guitar and started a band. Later, I’ve been running a mobile studio with an 8 track reel-to-reel machine, played in several bands, studied music, but ended up in a rather cultural management / educational job. Still playing live and in the studio with different artists.
